The Resort facilities of Palazzo del Valle opened to the public in February 2023. In any case, we would like to remind you that El Valle de Guadalupe is a rural area with limited resources, so we ask for your support with the following:

We ask you to please respect the following schedules
○ CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM
○ CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM
○ BREAKFAST: 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM
○ HOSTED HAPPY HOUR: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
○ QUIET TIME AT: 11:00 PM

EARLY CHECK-IN:
If required to enter the rooms before this time, an extra charge of $20 USD per room will be made for each extra hour with a maximum of two hours. Due to the cleaning and disinfection service, the room cannot be delivered before 1:00 PM.

LATE CHECK-OUT:
We remind you that the check-out time is at 11:30 AM. In case of leaving after this time, a charge of $20 USD per room Will be made for each extra hour, with a maximum of three (3) hours. After the third hour, you will be charged a full extra night.

AIR CONDITIONING:
For any anomaly in the ignition of the A.C. please call the service department. +52 (646) 198-72-67.

KEYS:
The keys to the room will be delivered to the owner of the reservation at the time of check-in. In case of losing the room key, you will be charged $25 USD ($500 MXN).

ROOMS:
We kindly ask you to respect the maximum of two (2) people per Suite and Junior room and the maximum of four (4) people per Superior room. We remind you that at Palazzo del Valle we do not accept minors, additional individuals $50 USD extra per person, and there aren’t any adapted rooms at the resort, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users.

ROOM CLEANING SERVICE:
In case of staying more than one night, if you require sheets or cleaning, please contact the department service at +52 (646) 198-72-67.

RECEPTION:
Our reception is available from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, if you require check-in or check-out outside these hours, we ask that you notify us in advance.

ENTRY AND EXIT OF VEHICLES:
We have an electric gate that opens with a code, that will be given to you when you complete your reservation, and to go out when your car is 3 meters of the distance you just need to wait 5 seconds until the gate opens.

QUIET TIME:
We ask for your support to turn off the lights in the common areas at 11:00 PM. Our quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM we ask you to respect this schedule to allow other guests to rest. Guests are not allowed after 10:00 PM.

HOSTED HAPPY HOUR:
We have Palazzo del Valle wine, which is handled from 5 PM to 7 PM your welcome to join.

CORKAGE:
We have house wine for sale, in case you bring your own drink you will be charged $10 USD ($200 MXN) per bottle or six pack of beer. 646.198.7267646.198.7267
